Paper Submission
What is the deadline for full paper submission?
The final deadline for full paper submission is June 20, 2026. Please ensure your paper follows the ICRESA 2026 formatting guidelines provided on the 'Call for Papers' page.
Can I submit more than one paper?
Yes, you can submit multiple papers. However, each accepted paper requires a separate full registration to be included in the proceedings.

Venue & Travel
Where is the conference venue located?
ICRESA 2026 will be held in the heart of Malaysia. A detailed map and accommodation recommendations are available on the Venue page.
Do I need a visa to enter the country?
Depending on your nationality, you may need a visa. We can provide an official Invitation Letter upon successful registration and payment to assist with your application.
Registration & Payments
What is included in the registration fee?
Registration includes access to all technical sessions, keynote speeches, conference kit, lunch/coffee breaks, and the gala dinner. Standard registration also covers one paper publication.
Are there student discounts available?
Yes, full-time students with valid institutional ID are eligible for discounted registration rates. Please check the Registration page for fee structures.
Can I get a refund if I cannot attend?
Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the specified cancellation deadline. A processing fee will apply. No refunds are granted for no-shows.
Publication & Indexing
Where will the conference proceedings be published?
All accepted and presented papers will be published in the ICRESA 2026 Conference Proceedings and submitted for indexing to Scopus, SCIE, and Google Scholar.
How long is the peer-review process?
The double-blind peer-review process typically takes 3 to 4 weeks from the date of submission. You will be notified via email.
